In Quality Process Management & Support Denmark (QPMS DK) you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
Your challenge will be to handle the daily operations such as approving documentation meanwhile also developing and optimizing the way we work. We need to eliminate the inefficient solutions that makes us reinvent the wheel again and again and instead implement the smartest and most efficient way to do things once and for all. The main objectives of the job are:
Securing daily operations by QA approval of e.g. SOPs, Change Requests, Deviations, Complaints ect. Continuous Improvement of our quality processes – including giving input to our global standards Participation and support to locale and global projects Training of the organization in quality processes Support to inspections and audits
The team supports the production and laboratory departments in site Ballerup by quality approval of SOPs, Change Request, CAPAs, Deviations, Customer Complaints, preparation and follow up in relation to audits and inspections. The team also drives periodic quality activities such as Product Quality Reviews (PQRs), Quality Management Reviews (QMR) trending and support to the production departments compliance levels.
Your qualifications
Master of Science in e.g. Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering or another scientific field Experience working in a GMP regulated environment, preferably with QA tasks Experience with managing projects and coordinating tasks Good communication skills (English and Danish) Preferably LEAN experience or experience with continuous improvements
As a person you are known for your excellent cooperation skills and ability to establish good relations to other people. You meet your stakeholders with an understanding of their situation and you know how to pick your battles. You have a natural curiosity and can-do attitude and you understand that if changes are to be executed you need to be the driving force.
Your new team
The team is part of a newly organizational structure covering the production sites in Denmark, France and Ireland. You will become part of a group of 4 skilled QA professionals and 1 senior technician. You will be surrounded by supportive colleagues in a pleasant environment, where things are discussed openly – and where you get all the support you need to make a significant difference
