Are you passionate about working with compliance and have experience from the financial sector or from working with financial legislation? Then you can become part of Obton's Compliance Team.

You will contribute to continuously developing and optimizing the structure and work with compliance in the company, including the development of processes, tools, and formats to streamline the work.

You will work with a wide range of financial regulation, but the focus will be on the company's role as a Manager of Alternative Investment Funds (FAIF). You will also be responsible for conducting and reporting compliance processes.

Your overall responsibility includes:

• Work with mapping and assessment of the company's compliance risks
• Design, innovate and perform tasks in the control and monitoring program
• Contribute to creating an overview and reporting to management
• Participate in project and committee work
• Teach and advise the organisation

In other words, the role requires great judgement, solution-orientation, and understanding of the business needs. Independently - with assistance from the team members in Compliance & Corporate Legal - you will gather information from the various stakeholders in the business and process that information into concrete initiatives.

Professional qualifications:

• Cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur.
• You have at least 5 years of experience from the financial sector in a compliance function, from a law firm, legal department, or equivalent
• Experience with alternative investment funds, asset management and investor protection will be an advantage
