Senior Origination Manager

Then you can become Obton’s Senior Origination Manager.

The new established position as Senior Origination Manager is to lead activities relating to originating, negotiating, and presenting revenue side contracts both for renewable assets in development and under construction.

Your overall responsibility includes:

• Managing PPA sourcing activities for projects across Obton markets
• Working independently with PPA suppliers on securing PPAs for projects
• Responsible for working in close collaboration with Obton’s preferred advisors on PPA sourcing and negotiations
• Accountable for presenting PPA and subsidy options for assets in development and assets under construction
• Responsible for implementing standard work processes and reporting standards for presentation of project revenue options and risks

Obton’s new Senior Origination Manager will have profound knowledge of energy market dynamics and the capability to stay current with changing regulations and trends affecting the renewable energy market.

Professional qualifications:

• Minimum a bachelor agree or a master degree (MBA/MS/MENG) or CFA
• You have at least 5 years of experience in energy markets, power trading and/or revenue risk management
• Experience with environmental commodities, credit programs, renewable tariffs, power forecasting, wholesale power market operations, portfolio management theory and/or renewable project development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach toward business issues.
