Network Operations Administrator

The Network Operations team is crucial for keeping our customers’ infrastructure operational and secure. As our new colleague, you will help us support a large number of customers in a complex network environment utilizing multiple vendors.

You will join our Network team

Our Network team is responsible for deploying, operating and troubleshooting the overlay network infrastructure supporting all customers and all IT relation employees. In total, there are 31 people in the team, you will have 12 colleagues in Prague and 19 colleagues in Denmark. We are on a journey making our processes and team cooperation more efficient and our focus is on Agile methodologies. And we also appreciate good sense of humor and informal tone.

What will be your responsibilities?

You will work in a multi-tenant environment solving incidents and service requests within our ITSM tool (Cherwell). It will be your responsibility to ensure we deliver the SLAs towards our customers. From time to time, you will work outside of business hours and participate in infrastructure related Service Windows.

Your typical day will include:

• Responding to incidents and troubleshooting problems
• Implementing changes and handling customer service requests
• Operational Acceptance Tests and decommissioning
• Infrastructure maintenance, life cycle management and capacity management

What do you bring?

• 2 + years of experience working in Network Operations or network consultancy
• Knowledge within these technologies/vendors:
• SDDC: Cisco ACI or VMware NSX
• Routers/switches: Cisco or Juniper
• Firewalls: Cisco ASA / Firepower or Fortigate or Palo Alto
• Fluent English
• It is your advantage if you have experience with some of the following:
• BGP, VRF, VPN
• Cisco WLC, ISE, Meraki
• HPE/Aruba
• Network automation
