takeda Pharma A/S in Vallensbæk, Denmark is looking for a QA MAH support in a temporary position (April 1st, 2022, to March 31st, 2024).

Responsibilities:

• Support the MAH obligations for takeda Pharma A/S
  -Prepare PQR review plan
  -Perform PQR review according to plan
  -Communicate as applicable with the PQR providers
  -Maintain procedures according to Global and regional processes
  
  
• Participate in the Nordic corporation regarding PQR reviews
  
  
• Participate in the Global network as applicable
  
  
• Communicate in a timely manner internally as well as in the takeda organization any discrepancies according to the plan
  
  
• Report monthly the plan compliance
  
  
• Set up the local KPI’s for compliance if applicable
  
  

Skills:

• Education: Pharmacist preferred
  
  
• Experience: GXP experience preferred
  
  
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  
  

Personal characteristics:

• Good at creating and developing relationships both externally and internally.
  
  
• Have a structured, systematic and analytical approach to the task solution.
  
  
• Is a good communicator and is good at explaining academic and complex topics in a simple and clear way.
  
  
• Good at communicating (in Danish and English).
  
  
• Are optimistic and see opportunities.
  
  
• Work approach is structured, systematic and energetic.
  
  
• Well prepared but at the same time also a guarantor to reach the deadlines.
  
  
• Proactive and results oriented and achieves goals through a sustained and focused efforts.
