Operation Manager

Your new company

The company have specialized themselves in offshore wind, oil & gas and power generation, where they deliver projects, solutions and manpower to the global energy sector. Their activities are currently in the offshore wind markets in Europe, Taiwan and the USA.

Your new role

As Operation Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and planning tasks, services and projects for the whole department. You will be expected to work a lot together in the decision-making processes with the rest of the management team internationally. Furthermore, you will participate actively to enroll new digital solutions for optimization and improved services.

What you’ll need to succeed

This position requires 3-5 years of management experience for technical teams, preferable within the offshore wind sector. You are fluent in German and English and you hold +5 years of relevant experience within a relevant industry. Additionally, you have a good understanding of the German work culture and you are both ambitious and target driven as a person.

Experience with offshore wind projects is considered a plus, but it is not a pre-requisite for this position.
