About this opportunity

As the Senior Global Mobility Specialist you will participate in the development, operation and governance of the Nordea Global Mobility function, and act as partner and subject matter expert for the business, in three areas:

You will support our international permanent hires, employees on assignment, commuters, business travellers and various ad hoc projects related to Global Mobility in close collaboration with rest of the Reward and People organisation. You will join the Broad Based Reward team, reporting to the Head of Broad Based Reward, while your day-to-day work will be supervised by the Chief Global Mobility Expert.

With your expertise and knowledge, you will have a real opportunity to drive continuous improvement and impact of our Global Mobility offerings and support to the business.

As the Senior Global Mobility Specialist you are expected to participate on tasks such as the following, although the role can be adjusted up to a point based on your profile and over time:

The role is based in Helsinki or Copenhagen. You will join a team of approximately 30 inspiring and competent colleagues, where constant development is the main driver.

You will have a relevant educational background and professional Global Mobility and tax experience, preferably from an international/Nordic working environment. You will preferably have 5+ years of experience within the field of Global Mobility and international tax.
