About this opportunity

Welcome to the Infrastructure Banks team. We add value by enabling global banking solutions for Nordea’s customers via Nordea’s correspondent banking network, as well as providing Nordic bank-to-bank services to the banks in our network. We are working with banks in more than 100 countries and offer you an opportunity to learn and follow the macroeconomic developments in the different countries and regions.

As the Client Associate, you have a key role to coordinate with teams across the bank to ensure that our clients receive top of the line service in all encounters. Your daily work will consist of tasks related to the relationship towards Banks across the world including credit and compliance. You will work closely and support Client Executives to identify & mitigate possible risks in the portfolio and providing the best possible assistance to our dedicated product teams, as well as compliance. As the Client responsible you are encouraged to innovate processes and take initiatives to improve, simplify and progress, as well as find ways to grow our business with existing and new customers. This is a client facing role which will give you a broad reach both internal and external, as well as product knowledge. In an international environment the role provides you a strong foundation to develop further in your career.
