We started building up our office in Prague in 2019, and we are now a team of more than 110 great colleagues. At the moment, we are looking for strong people leader who will help us on our growth journey.
You are experienced leader with business background who is used to lead technical teams with sense and understanding of the business needs. Through your management style, you will play an essential role in driving our values, business, and the culture in our Prague office. You will be living and role modeling an open and flexible culture, where you represent trust and respect for all individuals within the organization.

About the job

Your direct manager will be Eva Hlaváčková, Business Director, and your counterparts will be managers responsible for different technical areas based in Denmark. It will be crucial for your success that you can build relationships across the company and borders.

We are onboarding new colleagues every month, and we want them to feel welcome, introduce them to our company culture, and set them up for success. You will make sure your team members are familiar with our vision and way of working and guide them across any hurdles.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • recruit and onboard new team members
  • drive the professional development of the team in cooperation with HR
  • ensure a balanced team set up regarding technical knowledge and soft skills
  • performance management
  • provide leadership and direction for the delivery of services and support to customers together with your managerial colleagues and Business Director
  • cooperate proactively with colleagues across the company and help create a “cooperative bridge” between CZ & DK
  • identify opportunities for delivery improvement, new business and adding value to customers
  • participate in company branding

About you

  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • proven experience leading IT/technical teams
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the company
  • ability to lead multicultural teams and cooperate remotely
  • excellent English, both written and spoken

It will be your advantage if are familiar with ITIL and agile. We will also appreciate experience with matrix organizational structure and area of IT outsourcing.
