Travel Consultant for world-leading travel company

On behalf of our international client, we are looking for a Travel Consultant to join an exclusive team servicing key global clients. You have the possibility to be a part of a team of 60 engaged and experienced Travel Consultants in the world’s leading B2B travel platform.

The company provides services in 140 countries, making them one of the largest and leading companies regarding business travel. The company has through over one hundred years gathered knowledge of global expertise and local insight, and they aim to be the world’s most respected business travel and meetings management company.

As a Travel Consultant you will deliver exceptional traveler care as well as provide the highest quality of customer service to corporate clients

Furthermore, your key accountabilities involve:

• manage the end-to-end booking process
• provide travel solutions including booking of air, rail, hotel, car, etc.
• guarantee proactive consulting to ensure the best logical price
• ensuring customers’ needs and special contracts/deals between clients and suppliers are utilized
• complying with legal standard requirements

You are energetic, proactive, have a positive attitude and a high drive

Additionally, we imagine that you:

• are a problem solver
• have experience in Amadeus or other GDS platforms
• have proficiency in creating air, hotel, and car bookings
• have experience from a similar position, preferably within the business travel industry
• have excellent customer skills
• are fluent in English and Danish and preferably understand the Scandinavian languages
• ideally have marine knowledge
