Part time position at Coop MAD

We are looking for employees for a part time position at Coop MAD in Vallensbæk.

Your main task will be picking and packing groceries, making everyday life easier for people across the country. The groceries will be located in different areas, so the temperature can change, and it is therefore crucial that you can see yourself working in colder environments as well.

The work is executed by pick-by-voice. Hence, experience in pick-by-voice is beneficial. Coop MAD is a well renowned company, and you will be experiencing a great work environment. You will be working as a team towards a common goal.

Your profile

You are looking for a job in which you can make an impact. You are motivated by clear goals and working as a part of an ambitious team aiming for common goals. The work is physically demanding where you will be walking around picking up groceries. Step counts of 10.000-15.000 are not unusual. You are responsible for your own tasks, meeting the individual goals set making sure the customers´ orders are met in time.

Working hours and salary

The position is a part time position, and we are expecting you to work minimum 2-3 days a week, and it its especially important that you are able cover shifts on Thursdays and Sundays (minimum 2 Sundays pr. Month).
The working hours are between 08.00-17.00. The shifts will be a mix of fixed and on-call - since the need for employees can change there will also be periods where there will be more on-call shifts than fixed. The schedule will be published on a weekly basis after your training week is complete.

It will be possible to keep an unpaid 30–45-minute break.

Your hourly wage: DKK 143 (Basic salary DKK 134 + 7% in discretionary bonus)

In addition, the following supplements are given:

• Saturdays between 15.00-24.00: DKK 49,15
• Sunday and bank holiday supplement between: DKK 57,25
  

After 3 months of employment you will start earning pension.
