What you will do

To keep up with the high service standards we deliver at Johnson Controls Marine, we are looking for a Project Manager who wants to join us in our digital transformation process of our automation designs and digital service technologies to our global Marine service business.

You will be stationed in our office in Holme, Aarhus where you will be part of a team defined by a high drive for quality and agility in our projects and will have reference to the Director, Global Marine & Offshore Services.

How will you do it

In our Marine & Offshore service business we strive to give the best service experience to our customers and are focused on delivering world class products on time. We are on a journey and in a transformation to develop a digital supported service model, supported by IIoT.

We are therefore looking for a Project Manager who is passioned about driving change projects and develop automation solutions. The focus of this role is to lead the development of digital services and general business digitization initiatives, as well as act as a general adviser on cost effective solutions during sales, project development and design.

Your main tasks:

• Project Manager (PMO) for development of digital supported services.
  
  
• Lead and impact interdisciplinary business teams, sales, operations, marketing, finance, to collaborate and contribute towards the same goal.
  
  
• Development and management of technology roadmaps and lead interactions with development and engineering teams.
  
  
• Establish, develop and maintain close relationships with internal/external subject matter experts.
  
  
• Participate in JCI product development forums and influence future automation designs.
  
  
• Support to the organization in business development activities. SME for automation solutions and general adviser on cost effective solutions during sales, project development and design.
  
  
• Interface towards the Sourcing functions and participates in supplier meetings and sessions as automation SME.
  
  

What we look for

Whether you are an experienced project manager or a recent graduate, is not our greatest concern. What is most important is that you are passionate about project management, data and digitalization. Also, that you have a strong drive for learning and accomplishing results.

Required:

• Educational background within IT, Automation or electrical engineering.
  
  
• Data driven and skilled in transformation processes.
  
  
• Experience or desire to develop personal skills in Product Management.
  
  
• Entrepreneurship and product knowhow on B2B level – Industrial or Marine products.
  
  
• Efficient, structured, analytic, flexible and ability to prioritize without losing track or momentum.
  
  
• Strong English communication skills.
