Job description:

You will be part of the Hydrogen Leadership Team, sparring partner to Project Managers and contributor to the Finance team. You have an eye for optimizations of both systems and processes, and you actively contribute to the development of Stiesdal providing insides and relevant reporting.

You will be a key player in the ongoing business development, where you manage the financial analyzes which provides basis for both investments, product- and market development. Through your natural curiosity and your desire and ability to work with subsequent action plans, you contribute across the entire organization.

This is a position where you have to be able to work at both a strategic, tactical and operational level in a company culture where initiative and simplicity are key words for success.

In addition, your primary tasks will be:

• Prepare and manage budgets and estimates
• Deviation analyzes - including follow-up
• Cost-benefit analyzes - including follow up on investment payback
• Preparation of relevant presentations
• Preparation of expected cash flow statements
• Responsibility for the forecasting process based on the progress and project performance as well as on cost control and input from the project teams
• Review and verification of product calculations and monitoring of product profitability
• Serving the organization with meaningful and relevant business information through ad-hoc analysis and reporting

Your background:

You have a relevant economics and business-oriented master’s degree such as cand.merc. or similar. In addition, you have several years of experience from a similar position and experience with business- and project controlling.

You are business oriented and can communicate at all levels of the organization, just as you manage to inspire and engage with a professional, welcoming and energetic approach to the tasks.

In addition, we expect the following:

• You have solid experience with both project, business and financial controlling and reporting - your accounting expertise is high
• You have experience with consolidation of consolidated accounts
• You have a solid and broad knowledge of IT - including Excel, ERP, BI
• You are analytically strong, structured and strategically thinking
• You are a professional and a skilled communicator who can act at all levels in an organization and are used to argue based on facts and key figures
• You are committed and innovative and dare to challenge the "the normal way of thinking"
• You speak and write English
