Team Lead & Senior Specialist, Paid Search

We help some of the most ambitious companies, such as Kia, Axel Arigato, and Sephora, craft digital strategies that are measurable and data-driven.

We opened our office in Stockholm in 2021, and now you have the opportunity to join as Team Lead for our Paid Search department in Stockholm.

You will be responsible for helping our largest E-commerce clients identify and solve their strategic objectives and digital transformation as well as execution and project management within the world of Search Engine Marketing. You will also be leading a small team and be a part of the leadership team in Stockholm.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning, setting up and managing campaigns and ads
  
  
• Daily optimization and maintenance of different accounts across clients and markets
  
  
• Analyzing and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns and providing recommendations to ensure the best results to clients
  
  
• Periodic quality check and inspection
  
  
• Managing and leading Paid Search Specialists
  
  
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell opportunities with existing clients
  
  

This is you
You have 3-5 years of experience from a similar role, ideally from an agency. You have worked with Excel/Sheets and have experience working with data for optimizing e.g. Google Ads.

Furthermore, you are:

• Detail-oriented and your tasks and projects are always well executed
  
  
• Passionate about how challenges are solved using the latest tools, and you keep up to date with trends
  
  
• A problem solver who takes pride in meeting your deadlines
  
  
• Open and direct in your communication and behavior towards your team and clients
  
  
• Independent and proactive, and you thrive in a dynamic high paced environment
  
  
• Interest in managing and leading people is a big plus
  
  
• Like identifying new business opportunities with both new and existing clients
  
  
• Fluent in Swedish and English
