We are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist to take on a key role in the development of the finance system landscape, mainly for our ERP system, in Terma. We are currently, looking into a number of large projects that are of key importance for Terma to secure the scalability that enables us to support a growing business. Short term, we need to move into standard ERP procedures and remove unnecessary customizations, to increase transparency and robustness throughout our processes.

In this position, you will preferably be located in Lystrup near Aarhus (can also be Grenaa or Soeborg), and you will report directly to the Vice President of Finance.
You will join a team of 20+ ambitious and dedicated finance colleagues. The department is characterized by a collaborative and informal atmosphere, and we value good relations and celebrate our shared wins.

Your main responsibilities:

You will be working in a small team within the Finance department, but with a large outreach to both Finance colleagues and various IT colleagues. Your responsibilities will cover;

  • Being a system owner of the Finance structure in IFS (our ERP solution)
  • Acting as a key project resource from Finance in several IT projects
  • Main point of contact towards IT regarding ERP changes and system solutions
  • Ownership of the Digital Roadmap in Finance
  • Some central tasks regarding month-end and year-end activities
  • Ownership and maintenance of selected master data in IFS
  • Ad-hoc tasks and reporting
  • Acting as our Super-User in Power BI

How to succeed in this position?

  • You have a relevant background with an education within Finance and/or IT
  • You have minimum 3-5 years of experience working with finance systems and specifically with ERP solutions (IFS knowledge is not a requirement)
  • Experience with SQL and databases is an advance, but not a requirement
  • You are a relationship builder and excel in stakeholder management
  • You are a team player, who masters to cooperate and coordinate broadly with colleagues
  • You have a very analytical mindset and are able to understand complex financial data
  • You are goal oriented with high integrity and responsibility in relation to meeting deadlines
  • You thrive in a busy working environment with numerous parallel activities.
