Omada is looking for an ambitious, motivating and business minded head of Learning and Development (L&D).

Reporting to our Chief Customer Officer (CCO), your focus will be to lead, grow and develop a high performing team and to help make our customers achieve business value with Omada Identity. Omada L&D is part of Omada Customer success, the largest organization within Omada, and as Director of L&D you will become part of the Customer Success leadership team within Omada. The team is an international team of professionals and works with virtually all parts of Omada to define, build and deliver Omada product and implementation trainings. This consists of both on-site trainings, instructor led online classes and digital self-paced trainings.

Responsibilities
As our new Learning and Development Director, you can look forward to a position within an ambitious and highly engaged team. You will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Managing the Learning and Development team to act as a High Performance Team
  • Planning of future strategic L&D projects with HR and CS Leadership Team
  • Strategic growth as part of the CS Leadership Team
  • P&L management of L&D Revenue
  • Continuous alignment of the training curriculum with the future training requirements in the organization
  • Working closely together with Subject Matter experts, CS Leadership Team and HR to continuously lead an analysis of the training setup and identify future training needs both internally in Omada and externally for customers and partners

Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience leading within the L&D area
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Strong knowledge and interests in the future of learning
  • Experience with developing training programs and bite sized learning
  • Strong knowledge on how to grow a customer/partner business around learning and development
  • Commercial experience in Learning and development
  • Fluency in English
