We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Cloud Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it is performing at its best and is in line with our business goals.

You will be responsible for building a cross country team to do operations for the managed public cloud services. The team will consist of members from all AMS countries and work as ONE to provide value to customers across all of AMS. We are looking for someone who wants to actively shape the cloud operations and be an active part of the day to day operational tasks for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of our cloud infrastructure, including maintenance and optimization and running of daily operations.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet our business needs.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of our cloud infrastructure, to maintain operational stability and customer satisfaction.
• Build the team and assume responsibility for cloud operations cross countries.
• Work closely with service owners to incorporate the service catalog in daily operations and assist in developing the service capabilities.
• Develop cloud skills and follow up on employee development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud operations, with a focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including AWS and Azure
• Experience with cloud security and compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
