PLC Programmer - Haas-Meincke - Rødkærsbro or Skovlunde

For one of our clients Haas-Meincke A/S, a part the Bühler Group, we are looking for an experienced PLC programmer for the Electrical Engineer department in Rødkærsbro, between Silkeborg and Viborg or in Skovlunde close to Copenhagen. The PLC Programmer is an important part of the department ensuring the most innovative and effective software solutions. You will join a highly motivated team of talented engineers solving challenging technical problems.

Haas-Meincke A/S BU Biscuit is part of the Consumer Food Division of the Bühler Group– www.buhlergroup.com. The BU has its HQ in Copenhagen and acts as an independent manufacturer and distributor of baking machinery. The company operates world-wide with its own sales companies and assembly sites in Europe, the Far East and South America. The company executes approx. 100+ projects per year from three main engineering and assembly sites.

The Job:

You are going to be a part of the Electrical Engineering group of total 18 engineers and are reporting to the Head of department.

As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for your own projects from start to commissioning using your PLC, Servo and HMI programming skills.

You get a lot of contact with cross functional colleagues, as well sparring with the other PLC programmers. You are also getting a close relationship to customers around the world to solve problems and ensure great customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor degree in automation or similar
• You have some years of relevant experience in PLC programming and commisioning machines
• You have solid knowledge of PLC (Siemens TIA/Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA solutions
• Experience with software design of similar complex machines within the food industry is a plus

Other competences:

• You are self-motivated and you thrive to work in multidisciplinary team of highly skilled specialists
• You think outside the box and can constructively discuss design decisions together your project team
• You always strive to meet milestones as agreed
• You are structured and self-motivated
• You have a “can do” attitude and always striving to reach your goal
• You are open to travel 10-30 days a year
• You speak and write English fluently and Danish on at least communicative level.
