We are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager to join our Danish team. Virtual work is a way of life at DXC, so you can be located anywhere in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing commercial, legal and strategic advice to account teams regarding implications of specific terms and conditions in contracts in order to best leverage the contracts.
• Understand the key risks and obligations of contracts;
• Communicate on an ongoing basis with the account team about contractual issues and provide proactive support in resolving the issues;
• Provide advice and negotiation support in connection with commercial transactions to account/sales teams;
• Draft or review proposals, change control notices, contract amendments and other documents;
• Communicate and build relationships with internal and external customers on a regular basis;

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• A university degree required; advanced degree in law/contract management, or business preferred;
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in legal/contract management field and applicable industry experience;
• Verbal and written fluency in the Danish and English languages;
• Ability to do contract analysis and to provide advice on interpretation of contract provisions;
• Prior experience in contract drafting and commercial assessment;
• Ability to handle complex tasks together with various stakeholders;
• Ability to think outside the box and propose solutions to complex issues;
• Ability to work remotely and within a team and to build relationships with other business functions as well as customers;
• Security clearance will be required for this role. The applicants are required to have residency in Denmark.
