Key responsibilities:

• Understanding a client's business needs and matches them to relevant services or products;
• Implementing a technological solution to meet business needs.
• Providing advice on technology best practices.
• Planning a timeline for completion of projects.
• Solving technical problems and provide training to users to maximize the value of technology in business.
• Understands and communicates goals and critical success factors for the project;
• Sells ideas and maintains proper communications with clients.
• Monitoring the success of IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience within consulting and operations projects with an emphasis in digital transformation and RPA.
• Skilled in process documentation, creating process flows and Automation Requirement documents (ARD).
• Excellent program management skills including developing project plans, budgeting, ppt. presentation decks and creating project implementation plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Open to travel when it requires.
• Fluent Danish is a must and/or English.

Nice to have:

• Skilled in process optimization, process re-engineering and value stream mapping.
• Understanding or certifications in Lean/Six-Sigma, Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Understanding of change management practices.
• Experienced in working within international environment / global company.
