Are you a committed student looking to get hands-on experience in Project Development of renewable energy? Would you like to gain valuable and relevant job experience working with project feasibility analysis and yield reports? Then you might be our new Student Assistant!

European Energy is an international green energy company in exponential growth. In 2022 we have welcomed 270 new colleagues, now more than 650 enthusiastic and professional employees. We have a student community with more than 70 of our students participating in development talks and social events.
The team
You will get an essential role in the Spanish team in Project Development consisting of 9 full-time colleagues whereof 6 are located in Spain, 2 in Portugal, and 1 in Denmark.
One of the team’s main objectives is project management for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. We screen for new opportunities and develop existing projects. As our Student Assistant, you will be involved in a broad range of practical tasks and you will get insight into the full project phase from screening and early development to construction.
In collaboration with experienced and motivated colleagues, you will support the development of wind and solar (PV) projects, which will give you a technical, financial, and administrative understanding of renewable energy assets.

Main responsibilities
- You will assist the team with a variety of tasks
- You will contribute to the Project Feasibility Analysis of the projects
- You will support the yield reporting for Solar PV and Wind projects
- You will help communicate with external partners and suppliers via email and phone calls
- You will participate in weekly internal as well as external team meetings and help do meetings minutes
- You will assist with ad hoc tasks, e.g. documentation in our Project Management tool
Profile
- You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s at the university level or an equivalent institution
- You are fluent in Spanish and are proficient in English, oral and written
- You are a confident user of Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel
- You might know of PVSyst, WindPro, and GIS.
