Manager Service Desk Backoffice

The purpose of the position is to lead the development and the administration of the Service Desk Backoffice team and in collaboration with the rest of Atea achieve set goals and strategies. Manager Service Desk Backoffice is responsible for coaching, planning, targeting, prioritization and following up on the team and team deliverables. In the role, you will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, profitable business and satisfied employees by supporting Service Desk within different areas.

We are looking for someone who has good leadership qualities, previous experience in the IT industry and preferably also from knowledge-centered service (KCS). Certification within ITIL is extra meritorious. It is important that you are goal-focused and structured and good at following up. You will collaborate with colleagues in all our countries, so you need to be able to speak English at a good level.
