JOB DESCRIPTION

Hungry for a challenge? We’re looking for a Facilities Support to take care of our Copenhagen office. Performing a range of administrative and operational tasks, you provide the highest standards and take responsibility for the office to ensure our business can run smoothly.

As the Facilities Support for the Copenhagen office, you will be the sole Facilities Support in Denmark, and be part of the global facilities team. Your primary responsibilities include day-to-day operational activities and contribute to creating a vibrant workplace by ensuring site events are managed and run smoothly, managing our brand new office space, and engaging in other daily activities that make our office thrive. You will also manage relationships with partners, and support various facets of the Facilities and Real Estate (F&RE) function.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:


  • Prioritise and execute day-to-day FM operational activities.
  • Manage reception desk/area, ensuring it is presentable and operational.
  • Event management, data input, and financial tasks.
  • Support the Facilities team in PO raising and invoice reconciliation.
  • Actively Participate in all Financial efficiencies and associated trackers.
  • Be the first point of contact for cleaning company/cleaner.
  • Collaborate with Fleet and Travel teams for team member travel support.
  • Working Collaboratively with the Operations teams on site to ensure the site is operationally safe and secure as well as delivering on agreed standards and flexing the site accordingly for ad hoc business critical formal requests.
  • Assisting staff with ID passes and leavers to de-activate ID passes.
  • Day-to-day contract management for office-related contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers.


What do we expect?


  • You have an educational background within Administration/Facilities Support or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in administrative/facilities/office management
  • Keen interest in pursuing facilities management as a career
  • Google Suite knowledge advantageous
  • Ability to multitask with good organisational skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written Danish and English
