We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Software Renewals Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire software renewals process across our global customer base. Your primary objective will be to drive customer retention and revenue growth by ensuring timely and successful renewals of software licenses and maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities:
- Renewal Strategy Development: Develop and implement a global software renewals strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their software needs and renewal timelines.
- Forecasting and Revenue Optimization: Develop accurate revenue forecasts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and proactively engage with customers to maximize renewal rates.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for software license and maintenance agreement renewals, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize the renewals process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including automation of routine tasks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to coordinate efforts and leverage customer insights for renewal strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on renewal rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Advocacy: Promote customer advocacy by identifying and nurturing relationships with satisfied customers who can serve as references and advocates for our software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in software renewals, customer retention, or sales leadership roles.
- Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM and contract management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
