You will be part of the Civil Engineering Team, which consists of 10 colleagues and forms an important part of the EPC Department. Your new role
In this position as our new Water Resources Engineer, you will work from HQ in Søborg in collaboration with the actual Water Resources Engineer. Your workday will entail a broad variety of tasks related to our PV projects both from the office but also at our construction sites. You will be part of our skilled structural engineering team with a focus on knowledge sharing and development.
Areas of responsibility related primarily to Photovoltaic Projects

Your new role

Your workday will entail a broad variety of tasks related to our PV projects both from the office but also at our construction sites. You will be part of our skilled structural engineering team with a focus on knowledge sharing and development.
Areas of responsibility related primarily to Photovoltaic Projects
- Preparation of preliminary flood risk assessments.
- Modelling and analysis of flow with the purpose of carrying out detailed flood risk assessments.
- Determination of mitigation measures and actions in alignment with EPC PV Design Team.
- Preparation of drainage proposals in collaboration with other teams and departments within the EPC department and European Energy.
- Communication with external contractors and construction managers for site implementation of drainage proposals. Could involve site visits and travelling (10-20 days a year).
- Reporting of results and conclusions.
Your profile
- Relevant education in hydraulic engineering, civil engineering or environmental engineering.
- Min. 2 years of experience from a similar role.
- You are an experienced user in MS Office, GIS, Hec-RAS or Hec-HMS / MIKE or MIKE-SHE / SCALGO or similar, AutoCAD or similar.
- You are proficient in English orally and in writing.
