Veltuff A/S is a fast-growing international company that specializes in workwear. We are currently seeking a motivated Swedish-speaking Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving business growth, and supporting our Key Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

As our new lead we expect you to manage following:

Lead Generation: Utilize various channels and strategies to identify and research potential leads within the Swedish market. This includes cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and other creative methods.
Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess their needs, qualify their interest, and determine their suitability as potential clients.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall business objectives and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation to optimize the effectiveness of your strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we expect you to be:

Fluent in Swedish: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish are essential for this role.
Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service is highly advantageous.
Persuasive Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage potential clients in a positive and compelling manner.
Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools will be an advantage.
Team Player: A collaborative approach to work and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Motivated and Energetic: A self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Fulltime: The working hours will be flexible within our regular opening hours, which are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 17:00.
