We are seeking a Student Assistant to join a ground-breaking ocean cleantech initiative. Stillstrom has embarked on an exciting journey to help decarbonise the maritime industry and build towards a clean ocean future.

We offer an exciting Student Assistant role in an early-stage venture company owned by A.P. Moller Maersk with a dynamic and international team growing to ca. 20 colleagues. In this role you will collaborate closely with our Head of Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) as well as the Finance department. This is an excellent opportunity to dive into real-world projects and contribute to the success of our company.

Key responsibilities

• Format, edit, update, and file documentation related to products, technical projects, and business processes.
• Assist in defining, setting up, and implementing business processes and best practices.
• Conduct market scouting and gather intelligence from public sources to support decision-making.
• Organize meetings and provide support with minute-taking to ensure smooth operations.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

• Is currently pursuing studies in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Has a passion for learning and a drive to excel in a professional environment.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Is fluent in English both orally and in writing.

To be considered for this role you must be enrolled in a study program at a Danish university.

We expect that you will be able to work 15-20 hours per week, and we are of course flexible in relation to exam periods.
