Cleanroom Expert for Advanced Eyeglass Lens Development

A unique opportunity to join a promising high-tech startup companyFor our client ABH Optics, a pioneering Danish startup, we are looking for a skilled Cleanroom Expert to join their team. The company is revolutionizing the optics industry with the world’s thinnest and lightest eyeglasses for individuals with severe myopia. Following a significant funding influx, ABH Optics is poised to propel their product to the next level.As a cleanroom expert you will collaborate with a small passionate team of experts at ABH Optics’ modern facilities situated at DTU Science Park, Lyngby. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting venture focused on the development and manufacturing of ultra-lightweight eyeglass lenses.Your responsibilities:

Develop and validate clean-room fabrication processes including mask less UV lithography and atomic layer deposition

Perform a range of analyses within the cleanroom environment, including abrasion, yellowing, and impact testing.

Evaluate optical performance metrics such as focal length, chromatic aberrations, efficiency, and phase maps.

Establish and conduct quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing materials.

Utilize scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) techniques.

Your qualifications: Youhave some years of experience as a cleanroom expert, ideally within the optics or related medical industries Possess strong focus and passion for meticulous work, along with a keen interest in cutting-edge technologies You are results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a risk-tolerant environment Value honesty, entrepreneurship, and open communication Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; Danish language proficiency is a plus.Benefits:Join a groundbreaking venture and shape the future company culture Participate in a stock warrant program Competitive salary and benefits package, including 6 weeks of vacation.
