Providing leadership and guidance to the AMS team from a test and release perspective
Establishing the right testing framework for OnePlan to ensure successful testing within the programme with a dedicated focus on test automation
Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans to validate system requirements and business processes from an end-to-end perspective
Ensuring alignment between key programme stakeholders through effective communication and reporting
Tracking and analyzing metrics related to test and release activities such as test coverage, test execution progress, defect leakage and release success rate
Driving and implementing continual improvements together with relevant stakeholders and ensuring complianceEstablishing clear test and release processes in alignment with the programme scope and
