You work business-oriented and internationally
You will work closely with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders in order to secure professional and outstanding results. Working in a matrix organization, you report to the Group Head of Legal in all functional matters. The legal team is primarily located in Poland and consists of 10 lawyers and compliance specialists. However, you will refer directly to the Group CAO located in Denmark.

Your primary tasks will be:
  • Control and follow-up on primarily Danish labor law
  • Danish/Scandinavian employment contracts (preparation of drafts and collection of
    signatures), collective agreements, working hours, and pay rates
  • Participate in negotiations and ensure a legally correct contractual basis
  • Supporting the Claims Management Process and Insurance
  • Legal sparring within the group
  • Preparation of all documents needed to execute the work
  • Registration activities: company, suppliers, and employees
  • Clarification regarding immigration law, including visa and work permits; preparation of all documents
  • Administration and office activities.


Moreover, you will uncover labor law conditions in new markets and implement new forms of contract. Part of your travel activities will involve the completion of periodical random checks of labor law conditions of ongoing projects.

With a holistic view, you have a professional and commercial approach to your tasks. You are clear in your communication and maintain an overview of the dialogue internally as well as externally concerning contract negotiations.

You take proactive responsibility for tasks and convert knowledge into concrete actions – you close the cases. In a busy and versatile everyday life, filled with interesting tasks, you have the flexibility to get things done in a timely manner.

Cross-border teamwork, community, and cultural collaboration is critical to your job success. You are distinctive and persistent in your contact with others—and capable of building solid internal relationships with an understanding of cultural differences.

Annual travel activities will total approximately 30—45 days. The journeys will be of shorter duration and primarily in Europe.
