For our customer Aclass A/S, Randstad is looking for a British Travel Consultant based in Aarhus, Denmark
Aclass A/S is amongst Scandinavia’s largest and fastest growing leisure travel agencies specializing in organizing and selling safari soft adventure holidays to Africa, Asia and Latin America for clients within Scandinavia, Germany, the Netherlands and U.K. Aclass A/S employs 30 colleagues with various working backgrounds and nationalities, from their headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, with a commitment to provide clients with the holiday of their lives.
As replacement for their current British sales colleague, Aclass A/S is looking for an English-speaking Travel Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for the English-speaking customers. Here, it will be your job to act as the mentoring and advisory sales function. Among other things, you will handle tasks such as:
• Answering and handling customer inquiries by phone, the CRM system and email
• Sale and guidance regarding the travel packages in Africa, Latin America and Asia
• Advising on ad-ons, practical questions, etc.
• Designing specific offers
• Following up on offers
• Booking of smaller travel plans
• And much more…
Your most important task in this role is to create a trusting relationship with the customers, so that they have a safe experience and end up placing their booking for their next holiday with Aclass.
You will experience personal development and growth daily within the working environment. You will be working with focused and market leading products. You will be part of a creative, persistent and hands-on culture with a high degree of personal responsibility for your own sales area.
The profile we are looking for has experience within the service industry and within sales. Furthermore, you must be:
• A British native speaker
• Service-minded, customer-oriented and adaptable
• Goal-oriented, quality-conscious and systematic
• Experience from the travel industry is not required
