In the Special Projects and Logistics team you will become part of a team of 10 colleagues who strive to go the extra mile and be better at what they do each day.
As a Customer Solution Associate your tasks will be to:
- administrate and coordinate the operations bringing humanitarian aid to african countries
- be responsible for at least three customers handling cross trade shipments by sea, air etc.
- deliver top customer experience when handling end to end operations, quoting, procurement, selling, invoicing etc.
- optimize workflows with both internally and externally stakeholder to ensure new procedures are logged for future development
To be able to work with operations at this level you:
- enjoy working with complex operational tasks
- are self-driven and can stay cool in a hectic environment
- preferably have at least 3-5 years of experience with freight forwarding - ideally within ocean, air, aircharter, project, RORO or similar
- have excellent communication skills in English
- have a sense of urgency and striving to develop your colleagues to be the best
