Do you have an interest in economics and/or law, and are you ready to take on new challenges in a role with a steep learning curve? Do you want to apply your skills in a company working to ensure a sustainable energy supply?
You will join the Tax & Mobility team within our HR department at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. We are looking for a Student Worker for approximately 15 hours per week. Your working hours will be very flexible and planned around your school and schedule.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be assisting with the day-to-day tasks within the Tax & Mobility team. This includes preparation, execution, and review of shadow payroll, assisting in preparing tax compliance material, and supporting employees with various tax- or compliance-related requests. In addition, you will support with the onboarding of new employees, and be responsible for the contact with the relevant tax authorities on various topics.
Finally, you will also be providing general support in relation to administrative and practical tasks within the team and in HR in general. Aside from your regular tasks, you will get the opportunity to take on ad hoc tasks to the extent that you wish.
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…is preferably studying a degree in HA, Cand.Merc. or Law. As a person, you are independent and systematic, and have a structured approach to problem solving. You are a fast learner and thrive in a role with a steep learning curve. As MHI Vestas is an international organisation, it is crucial that you have excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing. Finally, you must also be highly familiarised with Microsoft Excel.
