Finance Global IT QSE
You will join Vestas Solutions department as part of Vestas Global IT organisation. We are accountable for all enterprise IT offerings for our Value Chain business applications (R&D, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QSE, Sourcing, Transport, and Logistics, Finance and Human Resources). We act as advisors for our business units, establishing and accelerating technology implementation and enabling business strategy powered by IT. Furthermore, we drive development and implementation projects across the entire value chain and support solutions after go-live.
Responsibilities
Specialised in QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment and their corresponding IT supporting tools), you will join the consulting team which oversees QSE IT applications from early idea and innovation through project, operation, optimisation and finally decommissioning.
You will be advising in complex QSE transformation journeys, stemming from the TO BE state and our current portfolio of cross functional running projects, bringing our business units through IT solution development and governance.
Leveraging your expertise, you will support Vestas determine the QSE IT strategy, solution design and QSE IT operation.

Additional information

Main responsibilities:
- Support Global IT to bring our business stakeholders engagement to the next level
- Understand our business strategy and goals, the main value drivers related and the derived business and IT capabilities to build the best QSE IT solutions
- Be solution architect for QSE IT solution project from idea over implementation to decommissioning (advisory, analysis, design, build, Go Live)
- Advice the business on choice of IT solutions to support their processes
- Map the existing QSE IT landscape across the entire value chain
- Be consultant in the use of existing QSE IT Solutions
- Continuous improvement of existing and coming QSE IT Solutions
Qualifications
- Ideally, a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a technical education – Quality engineer or similar
- Experience in implementing and integrating systems IT systems, for instance within the QSE area
- Experience in designing IT solutions, for example within the QSE area
- Above 2 years of experience in Quality, Safety or Environment
- Experience in IT and management consulting in a global consulting firm or blue-chip organisation is an advantage
- Experience in relevant IT solutions (e.g. QDA, Enablon, Intelex, Sphera, iAuditor, SAP NCM) is an advantage
- Experience in building business cases is an advantage

- Good communication and presentation skills, being able to materialise visions into tangible value, across different stakeholders across our Value Chain
- Ability to develop and apply QSE and consulting skills and competencies effectively to solve complex business issues
- Critical, strategic and value thinker
- Good social and stakeholder management skills - you should be able to influence other people
- Ability to translate IT complexity into understandable business outcomes

- Fluent in English, both oral and written
