You will play a key role in our airfreight team, handling end-to-end operations. You will be handling the customer service and be in daily contact with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders all around the world. Together with me and your colleagues, you will play a key role in developing our airfreight product in Denmark and take it to the next level. This is done by taking part of tender fulfillment, vendor negotiation and working close together with the sales department, meeting and negotiate with customers, but also guide sales in airfreight.
Amongst other, you will:
• End-to-end operations (Mainly export, but import & X-trade knowledge is an advantage)
• Maintain dialogue with customers, vendors and colleagues around the world, securing best-in-class customer service
• Qoute on Ad-hoc shipments, projects and tenders.
• Handle vendor invoices and invoice our customers
• At least 2 years experience (including trainee period) in doing airfreight operations – preferably export, but import knowledge is an advantage
• High level of air product knowledge
• Ability to plan, priorities and have a flexible approach
• Great problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
• Professional attitude/behavior internal and external
• Be a true team-player, and willing to walk the extra mile.
• Fluent Danish & English language required
