elevate Transformation Program – Value Office
The elevate program has set an aspirational goal; to elevate IT to be a strategic enabler of Vestas leadership in the sustainable energy market. Our vision is endorsed by 4 members of the Executive Management team who have addressed elevate to become the catalyst for Vestas to think and act like a global enterprise – an innovative and resourceful enterprise. To do this we need to transform how Vestas uses IT and data. Our task - to work cross functionally across Vestas, to build solid business foundations, a robust end-to end business backbone.
This journey will not be easy, otherwise we would have done it before. But your role will be critical to guide the way and enable people to understand. Getting everyone lined up and pulling in the same direction. Keeping them informed, motivated, and sometimes entertained.
This is a program that aims to make a difference.

Journey Management acts as the glue between program team and business and sits within the heart of the program. It enables efficient flow of timely information and effective ways of working across the program and sets the standard for relevance, quality and clarity of communication.
Journey Management is a primary enabler for the design and effective deployment of elevate. It differentiates transformation from change, strategic outcomes from tactical activities and achievement from failure. elevate’s effectiveness requires a shift in mindset and new sustaining culture which requires a strategic approach to Journey Management.
The program is based in Aarhus N, Denmark.
Travel activity should be expected (maximum 60 days annually, if you are located outside of Aarhus)

Responsibilities
As "Engagement Lead" your areas of responsibility are to:
- Bring the elevate journey to life through compelling communications
- Make sense of things that don't. Then distil them down into something that people understand and can easily engage with.
- Get creative with different media and channels to streamline our messages
- Manage stakeholders and their engagement plans that underpin all the Journey teams work
Qualifications
- Be smart – e.g. holding a bachelors or master’s degree
- Expert in change management
- Great communicator and storyteller. Written and verbal.
- Have worked with cross functional, ever-changing, global project teams, virtually
- Have an interest in people, organisations and transformational change
- An efficient and diligent organizer. To keep the boring stuff in order
