We are looking for a skilled and dedicated person to be part of the team to supervise the transition towards digital leadership in the renewable energy sector.

You will be referring to the Snr. Director of Digital Customer Channels & eCommerce and work closely together with the existing team in your daily work as well as other business areas in Vestas.

Your primary workplace will be in Aarhus and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the full global service sales team, Global Marketing & communication, Procurement, global IT, Management, local sales organizations, etc.

Responsibilities

In this exciting opportunity, you will co-drive change management and influence the direction of the Service Sales business and be heavily involved from change management and communication perspective in shaping and directing strategic initiatives across digital customer self-service, eCommerce, future digital platforms business models, and other strategic programs. The first key focus is on a strategic initiative anchored on the Executive management level and endorsed by Vestas Board of Directors. This initiative will open new value pockets for Vestas with a completely new digital offering in the market and effect existing ways of working in select business areas at Vestas.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Direct and targeted change management support to all prioritized initiatives - incl. guidance and sparring on communication-related needs
  • Drive the focus and need for cultural change management to win the hearts and minds of key stakeholders - ensuring the digital vision is embedded right levels in the organization
  • Ensure development and maintenance of "generic" change methodology and transformation framework
  • Design and facilitate execution of change management activities throughout the program life cycle
  • Responsible for ensuring that all key relations and interdependencies across all workstreams are linked and dealt with in a change and transformation context.
  • Advocate for a professional and structured approach to stakeholder management - ensuring the people, the mindset, and the desired culture are in focus.
  • Enable the bigger team to excel in stakeholder management and transformation impact in their daily work


Qualifications

The right candidate has worked in a similar role, or as a commercial management consultant, with a solid focus on digital business development and change management.

We expect you to have:

  • Higher education degree in e.g. Business Administration, Communication, or the like
  • Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Hands-on Transformation Management experience and exposure to project-oriented cultures and organizations
  • Extended Change Management experience on Senior Level is required
  • Proven experience with thorough Stakeholder Management at all levels
  • Experience with bigger business transformations, with an in-depth understanding of underlying operating models
  • Great collaborator and easy to work with, also with a smile when things get hectic.
  • Very good communication skills and ability to articulate the big picture, to various audiences
  • Exposure to multi-culture and global organizations is required


Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience with the digitalization of sales & customer channels
  • Worked with Service Sales in an engineering/manufacturing industry

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Values collaboration, and can apply cultural awareness, knows how to engage with other roles, cultures, and seniority levels
  • Has great interpersonal skills and is a skilled communicator - verbally and in writing. Being able to communicate in a confident and concise manner with the ability to articulate concepts easily is vital for this role.
  • Is a good meeting facilitator with experience in engaging stakeholders, e.g. through workshops
  • Will take on accountability and work effectively to identify what needs to be done and delivering reliably to deadlines
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work calmly in a time-sensitive setting, with a solution-driven mindset
  • Fluent in English - verbally and in writing
  • Genuine in relation to the pursuit of sustainable results and business impact
