We – Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) - are now looking for Financial Operations (FinOps) Associate to join our team. Do you enjoy working with diverse stakeholders in a busy environment, emphasizing teamwork and human values? Can you efficiently handle the daily creation of financial documents, provide valuable comments, and serve as an extension to the operational part of our business? Then this is the job for you!

The role as FinOps Associate offers a great opportunity to be part of a winning team and be a strong enabler in shaping the success of our increased focus on Maersk Project Logistics. As a member of our FinOps team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining clear communication, being cost-conscious, and consistently performing to support our growth goals and ensure the success of our customers in Project Logistics. Maersk MPL is a network-based business so thinking beyond your work domain and location is essential.

The position is based in Aarhus.

Key Responsibilities

You will help generate sales orders, manage invoices, create purchase orders, and process incoming invoices from suppliers. You'll handle intercompany billing and participate in other financial operations-related tasks. As our company undergoes a transition, the role will also adapt and develop accordingly.

The ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate sharp attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced global environment, exhibit exceptional collaboration skills, function well in a team, and embrace change with an open mind. Have a collaborative and commercial mindsets

  • MS Office: Excel, Outlook
  • SAP FACT / FI / R3 / Hana
  • Basic knowledge of Finance Principles
  • Order to Invoice process knowledge is an advantage
