Enable incommodities to enter new markets and ensure our presence in current markets

If you can tick off a yes to the above, then you might be the perfect match for the position of Market Access Specialist.

In this role, you will have your hands full of interesting market access projects and at the same time, you will ensure the maintenance of our current market access. You will develop and implement structure and processes to optimize our time to market. You will work in an international environment and be challenged daily in navigating complex markets. But fear not, you will be doing this alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry and have strong colleagues and sparring partners around you.

Your journey as a Market Access Specialist

When you join incommodities, you do not just join a company – you join a journey! We will of course make sure you get the best possible introduction to our organization and business. Therefore, you will start out on our thoroughly planned onboarding program where you will get introduced to the business, your teams, and the organization in general. This will all be done together with the group of new colleagues that are joining at the same time as you.

During your onboarding, you will also be thoroughly introduced to your tasks, role, and responsibilities and quickly you will manage your own projects, tasks, and areas of responsibility. We, of course, offer flexible working hours so you have the best opportunity to manage a good work-life-balance.

Responsibilities - you will:

  • Structure and manage the process of entering new markets – investigate requirements for entering specific markets, obtain trading licenses, establish local entities, gain access to local TSO’s, exchanges and trading venues and much more
  • Ensure overview and perform all tasks relevant to ensure company presence within existing markets
  • Take ownership of and facilitate user and product administration practices of 3rd party platforms i.e., trader access to exchanges
  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders across the organization such as Trading teams, Finance, and Legal

Qualifications – we imagine that you:

  • Have an educational background in Law, Business Administration, or similar
  • Preferably have experience from a similar position in an energy trading company
  • Are detail-oriented, systematic, and structured
  • Are fluent in English (knowledge of any additional languages will be an advantage)
  • Have experience with external stakeholder management and an international outlook
