The department
You will be part of the unit Product Supply (PS) Process Digitalisation. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, responsible for the entire supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products.
PS Process Digitalisation is a central unit in Novo Nordisk, who is driving the automation and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end in Product Supply from idea assessments to operation & maintenance of our live solutions. You will be a part of the Extended Reality team, who is responsible for implementing XR technologies across Product Supply, all the way from platform and device selection to on-site implementation and benefit realisation. Novo Nordisk is a front runner within XR in the pharmaceutical industry. We push the boundaries of what is possible within a highly regulated GxP context.

The position
As a key role in our Extended Reality team, you will be responsible for planning the scaling of the XR initiative across Product Supply. Being part of a small team, you will have great impact on how the setup and solutions will be both today and, in the future, setting a precedent for the use of the technology in the organisation.
In the role as Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the scaling of our Augmented Reality (AR) track. Among others, your tasks will include:
As a Project Manager, you will bring your planning and collaborative mindset to work, building bridge between our technical solutions, and the end user needs. This means you will be part of driving and implementing the solutions, all the way from the initial communication with new interested units, to the final large-scale implementation, supporting thousands of employees across continents.
You will report to the Associate Manager of the Extended Reality team. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.

- Plan and coordinate all scaling activities for the AR track with our production sites
- Ongoing follow-up on scaling activities with the internal team, production sites and collaboration partners in People & Organisation
- Define governance model for identification and prioritisation of scaling unites
- Define process performance methodology matrix to be applied for guiding our production sites in identifying the best possible methodology for identified processes to ensure AR is the correct choice
- Act as the entry point of the AR track for new interested units in Product Supply

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
- Be extremely structured in your work and enjoy coordinating complex planning
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders
- Have 2+ years of experience in a project management, digitalisation, consultancy, strategy, business partnering position or similar
- Hold a bachelor or master’s degree within a relevant field
- Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
