IFP Finance and Procurement (F&P) team is a part of Business Support located in the Bagsværd HQ. We are a team of around 40 people from ~10 countries. IFP F&P team is responsible for driving resource allocation, creating insights and actions based on data available. We are a trusted partner to the organisation, focusing on financial excellence, productivity as well as expanding network in the future.
You will join a diverse and high-performing team of 13 colleagues with different business experience levels. We use our different perspectives to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global (IFP) organisation. You will be working in the headquarters with an environment characterised by innovation, openness, and highly engaged colleagues who work dedicated to helping us change lives for the better for patients worldwide.
The position
As our new Finance Partner, you will support the budget distribution between production sites and financial management at SVP level. You will be involved in driving the finance strategy together with the global community from 7 production sites. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Finance partnering with the global network
  • Support financial processes to ensure resource allocation
  • Analysis of data and creation of insights to support management decision making
  • Support standardisation agenda across network
  • You will be part of several initiatives and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels of the organisation, which requires that you have a good overview and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
    In the future, you can expect up to1-3 weeks of travelling yearly to the other production sites.
    Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree within Finance, Business or Engineering or similar
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance controlling and partnering setting e.g. Headquarter finance function, Production finance, Auditing or similar.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure.
  • Stakeholder engagement/management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels while driving agendas in an independent fashion.
  • It is an asset if you have experience with project management and production accounting.
  • Skilled communicator and capable of making effective decision recommendations
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
