We welcome 2 Senior IT Managers to be the newest members of our Product Supply (PS), Biotech & rare disease (BRD) unit within Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) department. The 2 positions are focusing on two different areas, namely Active Product Ingredients (API) and Finished products (FP). Reporting directly to Vice President (VP), DDIT PS BRD, you will lead a unit of 60-65 passionate IT and automation colleagues and 5 managers. All teams are based at the BRD production sites geographically located on Sjælland, Denmark. Your main accountability will be to drive IT/OT priorities for the BRD production area. This will include engaging with stakeholders (Corporate Vice Presidents and Site Directors) to ensure aligned strategic IT roadmaps. Other responsibilities include:
As a senior IT Manager we are looking for a professional who can bring inspiring leadership for the entire unit and able to coach, mentor and motivate the team. As part of building the team, you will also have the opportunity to be part of the attraction, onboarding, and hiring of new talent and supporting career development. You will be a catalyst in uniting IT/OT across BRD sites by facilitating cross-organisational collaboration. Which competencies to bring? As an ideal candidate, you have: A master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or business related 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare-related industry or similar from other industries Proven track records in business insight and knowledge, including required leadership experience at sites/shopfloor, delegating and empowering others to act. Fluency in written and spoken English Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage. On a personal level you are ambitious yet with a humble ‘can-do’ attitude, a spirit of innovation, and excellent communications skills. The department waiting for you DDIT PS BRD is a unit in Digital, Data & IT, working directly for Product Supply, Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). Our responsibility spans across development and maintenance of local and global IT and automation solutions, infrastructure, compliance and projects in collaboration with colleagues from global IT units, the BRD organisation and external vendors/service providers in addition to ensure aligned strategic IT roadmaps for the sites. - Ensuring services are delivered according to engagement agreements, policies, procedures as well as balance in support and project allocation across BRD sites within the unit.
- Supporting the BRD production area in IT/OT transformation initiatives.
- Building the team's ability to effectively translate business priorities into operational plans as well as enable project execution through close collaboration with line of business.
- Evaluating and ensure long term competency mix in the organisation.
- Serve as an active member of DDIT PS BRD Management Group and Leadership Team.
