As Director of Talent Acquisition Denmark and GBS, you will assume leadership of an organisation of highly engaged talent acquisition teams led by five TA leaders. Together with your leadership team, you will be empowered to shape your organisation to be fit for the future and continue to deliver high-calibre talent and TA service to our customers in Denmark and India. Your main responsibilities can be summarised as follows:
  • Understand the talent needs of our customers and their business, translate them into TA actions, and ensure successful execution of the actions we commit to.
  • Role models great leadership by setting a clear direction, and promoting a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and a sense of belonging.
  • Safeguard the well-being of your teams by ensuring timely capacity planning of each team in response to the recruitment volumes.
  • Strive to deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experience in every recruitment.
  • Safeguard our global TA standards and ensure scalability.
  • Build strong partnerships with your stakeholders across Novo Nordisk as well as with our external partners.
  • By joining Global TA, you will become part of the diverse and highly engaged Global TA leadership team and will report to Isabella Rinder, VP of Global TA. You will partner with your peers in the leadership team and together we will take Global TA to the next level as one team. Qualifications
  • You thrive in a matrix environment and know how to build strong and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
  • Experience with capacity planning, complex budgets, and multiple stakeholder management is a success criterion.
  • You are open-minded and see change as an opportunity rather than a challenge.
  • You have a strong track record of having successfully delivered complex projects, while at the same time being able to inspire and empower the people you lead.
  • TA experience is an advantage, but not a must, as diverse perspectives and functional backgrounds are what will take Global TA to the next level.
  • You have strong presentation skills and communicate effectively in English.
