As Employer Branding Channel and Insights Lead, you act as a subject matter expert when it comes to digital employer branding channels and platforms, and you play a key role in enabling strategic impact and ROI of our activities at global level through data and analytics. You work closely with colleagues across employer branding, as well as talent acquisition and digital comms. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ownership of the global career site:
Offer expertise and advice on best usage of digital channels in relation to various talent audiences and how to measure impact and ROI of our activities Maintain and improve our internal employer branding platform where we enable colleagues around the world to tap into a variety of employer branding assets Monitor performance and report through KPI dashboard on employer branding impact Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: Vast Experience working with marketing and digital communication - ideally in the context of talent attraction and from an international/global context. Have a Bachelor or higher Degree in Business, Marketing, Branding, Communications or other relevant field As a person, you enjoy working both independently and as a team. You have a high degree of cultural agility and an international mindset, and you speak and write English fluently, enabling you to work effectively with colleagues across cultures. You approach tasks with structure, insights and a positive “can do” attitude, and while you are good at applying a strategic and global perspective on projects, you also thrive with being hands-on when needed. You will join the Global Employer Branding & Onboarding team, consisting of experienced, dedicated, and passionate employees from a range of professional backgrounds (HR, Communication, Business Development, Marketing & Natural Sciences). - Know what a good user experience looks like - track, optimize and improve the candidate experience we offer
- Develop, improve and update content, ensuring that it’s relevant and engaging for key audiences
- Work with HR-IT and Digital Teams to advance functionality, including a more modern and seamless application process for candidates, a well-functioning job agent and search optimization
- Develop clear guidance and governance for our 79 local career sites
