The position
As the S&OE Director you will join the ET Business Development & Support (BDS) leadership team and you will together with your leadership team be responsible for driving and developing the strategy within ET. You will be heading up three teams within cLEAN®, training and QMS (Quality Management System) as well as our Health & Safety Partner and Environmental Partner. Your area is responsible for setting the direction on how to develop ET within the different areas of expertise as well as driving cross-organizational projects. You will be linking people, strategy and performance and define the functions way of working within S&OE processes, people management and business development. Your key responsibilities will be to:
• lead the ET S&OE department to deliver great processes and deliverables
• ensure that the area is supported by the right organisational structure with the right leadership
• drive the annually strategy process as well as long term priorities
• ensure alignment across the areas of strategic initiatives, targets and represent ET in relevant cross-functional bodies
• identify opportunities for sharing better practices between areas to ensure effective implementation of these Furthermore, you will be people managing your team, by also contributing to ensuring that the right performance culture is implemented through effective performance management systems and communication including follow up on individual performance and absence cases as well as manager coaching. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• hold a masters’ degree within business administration, management, engineering, or similar
• have extensive senior leadership experience
• have solid experience in strategy development
• have solid experience with organisational analysis and development
• be knowledgeable of LEAN principles and change management
• hold some experience in managing projects Our corporate language is English, so you are fluent in it. On a personal level, you are proactive and possess exceptional networking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. You can take initiative and drive the implementation of projects by being perceived as a natural authority.
We will appreciate your highly analytical mindset, you being a valuable sparring partner, matching the company's value proposition and being results-oriented and able to pursue challenging targets from start to finish.
About the department
You will be part of ET BDS and thereby joining a total of 150 colleagues that support ET within Technical Support, IT & Automation, Finance & Project Office, S&OE and Supply Chain Management & Capacity Planning.
