As our new Learning Technology Lead, you will be managing, developing, and rethinking our learning technology stack. The primary focus is on our existing learning platforms and content technologies, but it’s also part of the role to stay current with technological development in the Learning, Development, and Talent space.
You will also play a key role:
• Build and maintain an integrated digital learning environment that is user-friendly and effective for colleagues globally
• Plan and execute integrations of new technologies and develop existing solutions
• Establish sustainable governance around learning technologies to ensure long-term success
• Engage with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to collaborate on projects and initiatives related to learning technology
• Initiate and manage projects related to learning technology and ensure a consistent approach across the organization
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning and incorporate them into the company's learning ecosystem. Qualifications
You bring expertise within Learning Technologies. You have high standards of quality, when it comes to maintaining and developing a combined suite of modern learning technologies and are passionately pursuing the best possible user experiences.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
• You hold an academic degree within a relevant field, and you are fluid in written and oral English.
• We imagine you have experience with running projects around introducing and integrating learning technologies in a large and complex organization.
• You master the technical aspects of learning technology and can’t help pursuing opportunities of how technology (e.g., API’s/partnerships, machine learning, MS Dataverse, etc.) can advance our current and future solutions.
• You thrive in an informal and highly passionate environment, working closely with colleagues who are not afraid to challenge each other positively and constructively.
• You enjoy making sure there is an airtight governance set up around our learning technologies and working closely with stakeholders to make sure the governance creates value for both stakeholders and Novo Nordisk.
As an expert in Learning Technologies, you have a keen eye for quality and a strong drive to maintain and develop a comprehensive suite of modern learning technologies that offer the best possible user experience. You possess a clear vision of how learning technologies can enhance, integrate, and achieve great results, and have a proven ability to bring this vision to fruition.
You excel at rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. You specialize in taking ideas from conception to implementation and are passionate about delivering helpful and impactful solutions. You aspire to be the best in the world at what you do and can become a bit impatient when things could move faster or be improved.
You are a natural inquisitor, asking many questions to get to the bottom of things, and won't stop following trails until you have validated proof.
About the department
You will be part of our Talent, Learning and D&I Centre of Excellence (CoE) residing in Global People & Organisation (P&O) in Novo Nordisk. You will join a global CoE with approx. 50 dedicated colleagues based in different locations across the world.
