About the positions As our new Talent Acquisition Partner you will support Submissions and Life Science Management in our Development organization. SubLcM is a senior vice president area which partner to drive value creation by developing differentiated products, lead submission and safeguard patient’s safety from early development to commercialization. The area includes more than 1.100 employees. We drive end-to-end recruitment processes for professional to senior-level positions in collaboration with hiring managers and you will work closely with other colleagues, sourcers and administrative persons in supporting your business area. With this support, you have the opportunity to focus on being a strategic advisor for the hiring managers. A part of the role that is important as we have transformed the talent acquisition process across Novo Nordisk globally from a traditional recruitment process towards a more strategic approach enabling us to increase quality as well as efficiency. Qualifications You hold a Master's degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar and a solid experience in talent acquisition. Preferably you are used to handle 80+ acquisitions per year. You have several years of experience recruiting a broad variety of profiles preferably for development organizations or similar environments. If you have experience in working with niche areas, it will be an advantage. Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex processes and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals. You perform independently and create lasting trustful relations to hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and sharing of knowledge. You have a demonstrated ability to flex from strategic to tactical support of the business when acting as a trusted advisor for your stakeholders. You understand to keep a strategic overview while dealing with details so your talent acquisitions are supporting the organization in heading in the right direction.
In addition to that, you are fluent in English.
We use People Test System and Hogan as an important part of our assessment method and as you might not be certified in these specifically, you are familiar with various assessment methods.
About the Talent Acquisition department
You will be joining Talent Acquisition Development, a team which supports the executive business area Development. We are a part of the area Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 95 recruiters. Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark in around 9.000 recruitments annually. You and your colleagues primarily work in Søborg and Hillerød, but we also join our talent acquisition colleagues in Bagsværd where we share an office area.
