Senior Business Partner Are you passionate about finance and want to drive change across a global organisation? Then join us as a Senior Business Partner in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) to contribute with strategic decision-making and shape the future of our growing global manufacturing network! The position As our new Senior Business Partner, we are looking for someone who can help us drive our global financial agenda and bring an expert touch to the production sites. The focus will be on driving productivity improvements and process excellence. You should be able to identify opportunities for improvement and bring your individual drive and collaboration skills to the table. Your key responsibilities will include: Set finance direction for the 7 global production sites to drive productivity improvements. You should create transparency, facilitate decisions, and maintain productivity focus across the sites. As an example, we are currently working on defining the future organisational blueprint for both new and existing sites to ensure sustainable and efficient growth of the organisation Leading projects and initiatives that enhance our global financial processes across all sites. You will coordinate with participants from multiple countries and organizational levels, requiring strong project management skills to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities You will independently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborate with stakeholders at all organization levels, necessitating a strategic perspective, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks. Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field with over 5 years of experience, preferably in finance Ability to analyse and strategize effectively and deliver high-quality results even under pressure Excellent skills in managing stakeholder relationships, building trust with all levels of the organization, and executing tasks with independence Effective communication skills and ability to make sound recommendations Confidence to set business goals and challenges at all levels of the organization Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication. IFP Finance & Procurement is responsible for driving process excellence, optimal resource allocation, delivering insights and actions based on our data available and being a proactive partner to the organisation by ensuring low unit cost short and long term. You will join a diverse and high-performing team of 12 colleagues with different business experience levels. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global (IFP) organisation. You will be working in the headquarters with an environment characterised by innovation, openness, and highly engaged colleagues who work dedicated to helping us change lives for the better for patients worldwide.
