The position
You will spend most of your time in the laboratory in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing tasks. Your daily routine may vary from standard tasks to more challenging and innovative work.
Your primary tasks will be: Planning and conduct experiments in the laboratory. Finding solutions to practical issues. Taking responsibility for setting up day-to-day operations, for instance setting up experiments and performing maintenance on equipment. Collecting and reporting results to scientists in the team.
The results of the analyses conducted are reported in English using electronic notebooks. You will be expected to take on responsibility for equipment, such as making sure maintenance is performed. Expect academic and practical challenges in a diverse team that supports all production sites. English is the primary language for work and social interactions.
The position is permanent and based at our site in Bagsværd, Denmark.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position, we imagine that you: Are educated as a Laboratory Technician, potentially with an overlayer as Bachelor of Biomedical Laboratory Science (from “Professionshøjskolen”) or equivalent. Are fluent in English writing and speaking. Have previously worked with SAXS, DLS, MFI, ThT assays, FT-IR and/or rheometry. Have knowledge of MS office, Scripting, LIMS, ELN, SAP and JMP
