We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Support to join our leadership team in the Digital, Data & IT Product Supply department. As the Head of Business Support, you will play a critical role in providing essential support to the area and assist the Head of DD&IT PS Supply Chain in driving the strategic aspirations for the area. The Position: You will be responsible for leading a small team of internal employees and external consultants, overseeing various support functions to ensure the smooth operation and success of the area. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain standardized approach for alignment of strategic plans in collaboration with Product Areas to support portfolio alignment and align area Business Plan and Ambitions.
  • Create and maintain standardized setup for operational and tactical tracking of operational key results and related communication material and platforms.
  • Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) function to support functional as well as Agile teams.
  • Drive standards for training effectiveness and adherence, as well as provide support setup for alignment of training programs, materials as well as monitoring.
  • Ensure effective communication on behalf of the functional area by managing area-wide emails, announcements, and communication channels.
  • Manage all external consultants linked to the area and assist in hiring processes, including establish structures supporting onboarding, training adherence, IT equipment, and accessibilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the support functions, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
    • Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant area (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a people-centric role within IT or digitalization.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies, SAFe certification an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven track record in driving the strategic business agenda, developing standards, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
